① The applicant has no crime or bad entry record; ② Class a application requirements: persons with annual income of HK $2.5 million or more (or equivalent foreign currency) in the year immediately preceding the application; ③ Class B application requirements: those who have received a bachelor's degree from the top 100 universities in the world and have accumulated at least three years' work experience in the five years immediately before the application; ④ Class C application requirements: for those who have been awarded a bachelor's degree by the world's top 100 universities in the five years immediately before the application, but have less than three years' work experience, such applications are subject to the annual quota and are allocated on a first come, first served basis;
